funny things to remember about the king of pop
Maybe some laugh and some smiles while remembering him.
accident
Riding my bike as usual to work, I saw a small clearance in the middle of the road.
I saw that all cars refused to pass into that space.
When I got a little bit closer, there was something on the road. It was white and black, with red and pink smothered on it.
I had this slight geli-geli feeling in my tummy. Another creature being run over?
Oh, no. it was just a t-shirt.
Or was it a flag?
Never mind. False alarm.

supernatural. boo~!
Two separate conversations that I happened to have with the people I know.
First Conversation.
After a long tiring time fixing up the new email server, I and my colleagues went to have dinner, and had a chat.
::Colleague A::
I experienced being hallucinated by an Indonesian in the middle of the night at my house- I was awake, but I couldn’t manage to react. The next day my car was gone. But I managed to get it back, a medium helped to make the stealer feel uncomfortable until he had to return the car.
::Colleague B::
I experienced something like that too. In the middle of the night, I felt like I couldn’t move, as if something is pressing me. I had to force my way out from that state.
::Blonde-Me::
Wow, I experienced that too! In the mornings on working days when my alarm rings; I felt like it’s so difficult for me to move out from bed.
Second conversation.
My friend was so animated when he was telling about this local horror movie to me.
::Excited Friend::
It was so scary. Imagine a body of a grandmother who recently died, suddenly resurrected and tried to chase her grandchildren.
::Blonde-Me::
Ah, thank God! Granny is still alive.
Hik.

accidents happen.
As I was sitting comfortably at my desk, suddenly the clerk alerted me that a staff needed IT help.
I went to meet the lady and she handed me two huge printer toners, one cyan and one magenta.
It was my first attempt to replace powdered color toners for a huge hi-tech printer.
“What is this part for?” I pointed to an area of the toner.
“Oh, don’t ask me, I don’t know nothing,” shrugging, she left me with the thing.
Struggling and awkwardly, (with the fear that I might screw up this RM20K printer), by referring to the manual, I managed to put them toners in the slots.
Time to put away the old toners into the box.
As I was tilting the magenta into the box-
About two tablespoonful of powder spilt on the carpet, creating bright magenta marks.
I was panicking,
But I continued my work and handled the used cyan toner.
There was this special lock on the side of the toner, and I accidentally turned the latch the wrong way-
A cup of blue powder spilt on the carpet.

It felt like Indian holi colored powder festival.
Only that I forgot to wear my saree.
And I was rolling eyes and worried, instead of being in a joyful festive mood.

"Oh, the colleagues are glaring at us. Maybe they envy us 'cause they can't join in the celebration!"
I quickly took the vacuum cleaner, and LUCKILY all colored powder could be sucked clean.
Yeah, we IT execs can also become printer technicians and janitors in one go.

so adorable
I was at the call center department, trying to fix one staff’s PC.
My colleague was next to me, fixing another staff’s PC.
The thing was placed right in front of my eyes, seducing me.
I feel like holding it, feeling it with my fingers.
It’s not safe because I’ll be caught red handed.
I quietly snapped a photo instead.

Sigh. My little Pony. Look at the wonderful pink hair.

uncle
Uncle is strong and has a huge figure. (ignore the tummy)
Uncle followed us to another office and helped to carry monitors, servers, printers-
only with his two muscular hands. He carried those old equipments one by one into the lorry, to be demolished later.
Uncle followed us back to the main office.
Uncle said, I have to get a few old monitors in the main office.
We asked, which floor?
Uncle said, the one with the taman (garden) in it.
I am baffled. There is no garden inside the building. The only available one is the beautiful landscaping with fountain outside the building. How can you have a taman inside the office?
Uncle just followed us to our department, and then he pointed at the entrance-
“There! That’s the taman.”

Uncle finished carrying all the unwanted monitors from our department.
It’s already five in the evening. Uncle said,
“I’m going home now. It’s already five, and I carried forty monitors from another company early in the morning.”
Wah. Uncle carried forty monitors and never look tired.
Uncle is so strong.
*Uncle is a middle aged Indian one-man-show worker who is very diligent in his work.
